SAMPRITI 7 – India Bangladesh joint exercise begins in Meghalaya

India Bangladesh joint exercise Sampriti-7 has begun in Meghalaya. The counter-terrorist training exercise between Indian Army and Bangladesh started from 6th and will end on 18th November 2017. It will took place at India’s Jungle Warfare School at Vairengte in Mizoram and at the Joint Training Node at Umroi in Meghalaya.

This is the seventh edition of joint exercise between India and Bangladesh, sending a strong signal to world about the bonding and good relationships between India and Bangladesh to fight against terrorism jointly.

About SAMPRITI

SAMPRITI is held alternatively between India and Bangladesh every year and sixth edition of SAMPRITI was held in Bangladesh at Tangail , Dhaka. Its aim is to promote and build good relationships between the Armies of two countries. Both countries enriches from each other’s experience while carrying out counter-insurgency or counter-terrorism operations.
