UP Government and South Korea Signed MoU

In order to enhance cooperation in the field of tourism, skill development, culture and farming, Yogi Adityanath led Uttar Pradesh Government has signed an MoU with South Korea. Similarly an agreement was also signed in 2000 for the development of Ayodhya and Gimhae as sister cities, following which a memorial was constructed in Ayodhya. Now it attracts huge number of tourists from all over the world.


First Ever AC Local Train of India Started in Mumbai

India’s first ever AC local train has been started in Mumbai on the eve of Christmas. It is a 12 coach AC train services that will run from Borivali to Churchgate and vice versa. The train has two coaches reserved for ladies which are attached at start and at last position. It is also fitted with automatic doors. The services of AC local train will replace existing 12 Non AC services.

Environment Ministry Launches Pilot Project Blue Flag for Beach Clean-up

With an aim to improve the standards of cleaning and basic amenities at beaches, government’s Environment Ministry has launched a pilot project named as Blue Flag. “Blue Flag” is the kind of certification provided by Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) after a beach, Marina or sustainable boating tourism operator, meets its stringent standards.


Bengaluru First City of India with Logo

Capital city of Karnataka Bengaluru has become first city of India to have its own logo. The logo was launched by state government to build an image of city at international level and to give boost to tourism sector in the city. It was launched in the presence of IT-BT and tourism minister Priyank Kharge.


Atal Jan Aahar Yojna Launched in Delhi

South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has launched Atal Jan Aahar Yojna on the 93rd birthday of former Prime minister of India Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The aim of the scheme is to provide good quality food to poor and unprivileged people of Delhi at very less price which can be afforded by everyone.
