Yet another record to the name of Indian Cricket team captain Virat Kohli as he surpasses Brian Lara for most double centuries as captain. Virat has six double hundreds as captain now whereas Brian Lara was having five double hundreds as captain.
Virat kohli also became the first captain to register 3 continuous centuries in a three-match series. Virat has now equalled with Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag in terms of most number of double hundreds by Indian cricketer. All three (Kohli, Sachin, Sehwag) has six double hundreds to their names.
Along with above records, Kohli also completed his 5000 runs in test cricket and is the 11th Indian to achieve this milestone. He is the fourth in terms of innings taken to scored 5000 runs. First three players are
