Twenty one years old Washington state resident Shree Saini has been crowned as Miss India USA 2017. Saini is currently studying at University of Washington. It is a great achievement for a girl with heart related issues when she was just 12 years old and had to go for pacemaker implantation. Her story is an inspiration for all.
First runner-up of the beauty contest was Prachi Singh, Prachi is a 22-year-old medical student from Connecticut whereas its was Fareena a North Carolina’s resident who was second runner-up at Miss India USA 2017 pageant.
Mrs India USA 2017
Kavita Malhotra Pattani– a cancer surgeon from Florida was announced as Mrs India USA 2017. Prerna was the first runner-up while Ishwarya became the second runner-up for the title of Mrs India USA 2017.
Miss Teen India USA title Winner:
It was Swapna Mannam with 17 years age from New Jersey who was crowned as Miss Teen India USA. Simran was the first runner-up, Kritika became second runner-up of the title.
There were more than 50 participants for all three titles that are Miss India USA, Miss Teen India USA and Mrs India USA.The beauty peagent was started by York-based eminent Indian Americans Dharmatma Saran and Neelam Saran back 36 years ago under the banner of India Festival Committee. It is the oldest running Indian pageant organized outside India.
